Services from national agencies
Some documents residents often need are issued nationally, not by the municipality. Go to the issuing agency directly:
- PSA Serbilis — PSA birth, marriage, death and CENOMAR certificates, ordered online
- PhilSys — the Philippine national ID
- DTI Business Name Registration — registering a sole proprietorship’s name, before the municipal business permit
- Freedom of Information — requests to national agencies
