Every dataset on this site is published as JSON with the same provenance you see on the page: its sources, the period it describes, when someone last checked it, and any caveat. Free to reuse with attribution.

Using the data

One manifest, every dataset

Start at /data/index.json. It lists every dataset with its readiness tier and refresh cadence — and, just as usefully, what is deliberately withheld and why.

  • Provenance travels with the data. Each file’s meta.provenance names its sources, as_of and last_verified.
  • Only tiers 1 and 2 are exported. Unverified records never leave the repository.
  • Government documents are not relicensed. The CC BY 4.0 licence covers this project’s compilation only.
